Who we are
GrandPaForHire, at grandpaforhire.com, is a Project Elijah venture operated by Ronen Priewer in Israel. For any question or request about privacy, write to privacy@projectelijah.io.
What information we collect
We only receive what you choose to send us through the forms on the site:
- Joining as a helper: name, phone, town, areas of activity, language and a few words about yourself.
- Asking for help: name, phone, town, type of help, how often, and what matters to you.
- Partnerships: name, email, organisation, type of partnership and a message.
We use these details only to get back to you and for the purpose of the form you filled in. We do not sell them, rent them out or use them for advertising.
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not store cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across sites. We only see totals: page views, country, the site you came from and the type of browser.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Who handles the information
Netlify (website hosting and form submissions) and Cloudflare (visit statistics). Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that purpose. We do not pass information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the forms are kept only as long as they are needed to get back to you or to keep you updated about the venture. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and where relevant the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to privacy@projectelijah.io and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
